Structured fall internship (Sept–Dec) offering full-time, paid hands-on experience across software development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps/cloud, technical support, business analysis, and project management. Provide application support for Jonas Construction ERP: monitor tickets, respond to calls, troubleshoot software and accounting/process issues, train clients, analyze data/process deficiencies, liaise with clients and internal teams, and maintain professional, customer-focused service.
