Provide treasury technology advisory and implementation for multinational clients: assess fintech usage, recommend best practices, support project delivery, research trends, and develop expertise within the firm.

Support clients in developing, validating and reviewing credit risk models and frameworks (A-IRB/IFRS 9). Lead quantitative credit risk projects including model development, validation and implementation, stress testing, model risk management and BCBS239. Advise clients on risk models, policies and governance across credit, market and liquidity risk, ESG and AI. Oversee and coach consultants, support business development and sales, expand German banking network, and manage up to four direct reports.

Manage end-to-end HR administration and onboarding across global locations with focus on the Netherlands. Prepare contracts, process lifecycle transactions, support payroll and visa/work-permit compliance, answer employee queries, document and improve HR processes, and drive automation opportunities.

Lead treasury advisory engagements across the Benelux, driving business development, TMS selection/implementation, treasury operating model and technology strategy, and mentoring consulting teams while representing the firm in industry forums.
