HR Operations Specialist

Our HR team in Zagreb is growing! We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support the growth of Zanders and further professionalize HR processes.

Your role:

As an HR Operations Specialist, you are key in providing a great employee experience by being responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and employee-focused HR administration services throughout the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding. You are the main responsible person for managing all HR processes, systems, documentation, and communications, in compliance with company policies and local legislation.

Zanders is global organization, and this role would cover that same global span with a strong focus on the Netherlands. Other countries are: India, Sweden, UK, US and wherever support is needed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.

• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

• Conduct onboarding calls and provide guidance to new hires as the first point of contact after our Talent Acquisition team.

• Process employee lifecycle transactions, such as contract extensions, promotions, transfers, offboarding.

• Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee changes.

• Ensuring full compliance with work permits and/or visas, taking ownership of the process.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for any employee questions.

• Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive and customer-focused service.

• Detailing processes and incorporating relevant information into the Zanders HR Processes document.

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.

To be successful:

• You have a vocational or Bachelor degree or comparable education levels.

• At least 2 years of experience in HR field.

• Able to work very accurate in a dynamic working environment.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Effective stakeholder management and good communication skills.

• Attention to detail and strong process-based and analytical skills.

• Tech savvy, experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Looking forward to working on global processes and with respective legislations.

• Fluent in English
