Lead internal and external communications, government relations, public information, community engagement and events for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Oversee communications staff, newspaper publication, radio station, website content, and strategic communications planning to support Tribal priorities, emergency messaging, and stakeholder engagement.

Develops, implements, and manages employee and leadership training programs. Partners with department leaders to assess needs, design curricula, deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions, manage LMS and training budget, oversee onboarding, evaluate program effectiveness, and supervise training staff. Promotes development initiatives, maintains training materials, tracks metrics, and stays current on learning technologies and instructional design best practices.
