Own and execute the company's content strategy and editorial calendar to drive demand and conversions. Produce and publish website, campaign, LinkedIn, landing page, lead magnet, and thought-leadership content; optimise for SEO, AEO, and GEO; define content hierarchies and CTAs; collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and development; manage content lifecycle, performance measurement, and continuous optimisation.

Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and API integrations across business systems to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and deliver secure, auditable automation. Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python), integrate platforms (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, PSA/RMM tools), produce reports (Power BI), maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and improve automation outcomes.

Provide Level 3 technical support across multiple customer environments, own complex incidents from investigation to resolution, perform root-cause analysis, administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, hybrid cloud, identity and virtualization platforms, troubleshoot networking and remote access, mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation, and contribute to operational improvements and onboarding/offboarding activities.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Laravel backend services and RESTful APIs. Build and support CI/CD and deployment pipelines, integrate with AWS and external systems, ensure secure, testable code, collaborate with frontend/mobile/QA teams, produce documentation, and support production systems.

Design, develop and optimise enterprise Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
