Handle inbound leads by phone, identify client needs, recommend XTB products, perform follow-up and schedule meetings, provide training on financial markets and XTB platforms, collaborate with Account Manager and Team Leader, and grow within the Sales department.

Provide French-speaking clients with timely support via phone and written channels, resolve complaints, maintain client records in CRM, monitor global markets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate HQ and local marketing tasks: manage Jira and Monday workflows, build mailings and landing pages in HubSpot, localise marketing assets, implement ESMA regulatory changes, manage HubSpot LPs/workflows, and report to the Marketing Project Manager.
