Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and support for French-speaking clients.
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers.
- Resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Handling and explaining complaints, both in writing and over the phone.
- Monitoring developments on global financial markets.
- Working with our CRM system to verify and update client database records.
- Cooperating closely with external XTB branches and internal departments.
Requirements:
- French language at a native or proficiency level (C1/C2).
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
- High level of responsibility, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business products.
