Operate and maintain multi-account AWS production infrastructure for a regulated digital bank. Support Kubernetes workloads, monitor and debug production using observability tools, participate in incident response and post-incident RCA, build automation (Terraform, scripts, runbooks), maintain security and compliance controls, run DR drills, and collaborate with application teams to safely deploy changes via GitOps.

Lead AML operations including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations, STR/CTR reviews, regulatory reporting, AML risk assessments, controls implementation, audits, policy development, and team leadership while leveraging analytics and automation to improve detection and efficiency.

Build and maintain high-quality Flutter mobile apps, design scalable architectures, create reusable components, integrate native modules, collaborate across Product/Design/Backend, ensure CI/CD and test coverage, debug performance and memory issues, mentor juniors, and evaluate Flutter ecosystem tools.

Support InfoSec audits, regulatory compliance, risk and third‑party assessments, evidence collection, control testing, and GRC operations. Maintain trackers, risk registers, vendor assessments, policies, and assist in automation and GRC platform adoption.
