About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
What You will do
Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team
Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.
Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.
What You will need
7+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing high performance teams.
Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience in software development
