Manage consolidated monthly management accounts across multiple countries, lead month-end close for designated entities, analyse variances, maintain group cash flow forecasts, support budgeting, audits and new-entity setups, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and drive finance process improvements and system enhancements across international operations.

Support showroom finance operations including accounts payable, expense processing, payroll payments, bank reconciliations, month‑end journal entries and financial reporting. Provide administrative support, liaise with vendors, assist audit preparation, and help improve financial systems and processes across multiple entities.

Manage and forecast inventory to meet demand, oversee inbound shipments from the Far East into UK and US warehouses, track and expedite deliveries, liaise with suppliers and internal teams on timelines, maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy, and support new product introduction planning and cross-department collaboration.

Handle inbound customer and trade enquiries via phone and email, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, support technical queries, prepare quotes, and deliver professional, high-quality service while building strong customer relationships.
