This role sits within the Finance team and will play a key part in ensuring NetSuite continues to support the financial reporting, control and operational requirements of a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite specialist with a strong understanding of finance processes and financial controls.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting, optimise system performance and ensure NetSuite continues to support the evolving needs of the business.

- Lead the development and optimisation of Finance processes within NetSuite
- Ensure NetSuite supports accurate financial reporting, controls and operational efficiency
- Support and optimise Finance processes across the NetSuite environment
- Review and improve existing Finance workflows and controls
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards
- Support month-end and year-end Finance processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related Finance issues
- Work with Finance stakeholders to improve reporting, controls and operational processes
- Support Finance-led NetSuite enhancements and change initiatives
- Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems
- Support and optimise Cash Sale processes
- Support and develop SuiteTax functionality
- Support WMS integrations and related operational workflows
- Create user documentation and provide training where required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working with NetSuite environments
- Experience supporting Finance teams through ERP systems
- A strong understanding of accounting and Finance processes
- Experience with Cash Sale functionality
- Experience with SuiteTax
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and saved searches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
- A proactive and practical approach to continuous improvement
