Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, consolidated GAAP financial statements, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset accounting across a multi-entity farming business. Support full-cycle recruiting for food and agribusiness clients: source and engage candidates, manage candidate relationships and pipelines, conduct industry mapping, advise clients on recruitment and compliance, format resumes, update the website job board and ATS, attend networking events, and perform ad hoc administrative tasks.

Build and run a new PMO for a food & beverage company: manage execution of strategic projects, design governance, Smartsheet infrastructure, portfolio and resource tracking, manage budgets, report to executives, and coach department leaders to embed project management practices.

Lead finance and accounting for a growing agriculture business, partner with the CEO on capital strategy, manage lender relationships and debt, oversee systems and core financial processes, build a small finance team, and support M&A diligence and financing.
