Build auditable data processes, calculate Scope 1–3 emissions and forest carbon removals, prepare regulatory and investor reporting, manage ESG questionnaires, and translate technical metrics into public narratives while monitoring ESG frameworks and risks.

Serve as the top escalation for end-user computing and application incidents, lead diagnosis and remediation, manage identity and endpoint lifecycle (AD, Office365, endpoint management), design operational workflows and runbooks, mentor Level 1/2 staff, coordinate with security and vendors, own asset/vendor/financial oversight, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure stable, secure, and compliant IT operations.

Lead compensation and equity administration for a public company: manage executive and broad-based pay programs, administer RSUs and performance awards, ensure compliance and governance, maintain job architecture and salary structures, provide stakeholder guidance, and partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external brokers.
