Provides primary administrative and operational support for a regional forestry office. Responsibilities include office management, facilities and supply coordination, travel and meeting logistics, document and records management, GIS and field data support, invoice and expense processing, budget tracking, contractor coordination, and safety administration. The role also serves as a point of contact for employees, landowners, contractors, and visitors while independently managing office priorities.

Lead and execute enterprise communications and brand strategy; craft executive and internal messaging; manage media and issues response; produce multi-channel content and multimedia (photo/video/podcast); oversee digital and brand assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support stakeholder engagement. Role requires regular domestic travel and field visits.

Processes and reconciles timber-sale revenue, stumpage, delivered tickets, settlements, logger payments, cash receipts, and accounts receivable. Maintains accurate customer account balances in Microsoft Dynamics 365, investigates contract and revenue discrepancies, communicates with customers, and supports revenue specialists and the Revenue Manager. The role requires accurate data entry, accounting knowledge, reconciliation skills, 10-key proficiency, attention to detail, and effective collaboration in an office environment.

Lead forestry process-improvement and optimization projects, translate silvicultural and tree-improvement research to field practices, design and manage field trials, analyze forestry data to inform decisions, oversee project budgets, and advise forestry staff while promoting safety and sustainability.

Manage non-timber revenue functions (70%) and timber processing (30%), including data entry, invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and performance deposit tracking. Reconcile stumpage and delivered tickets with LIMS, post transactions and journal entries in Microsoft D365, prepare sales & use tax returns, support contract and customer discrepancy resolution, and identify process improvements.
