Leads end-to-end payroll operations, including payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, audits, issue resolution, systems support, and process improvement. Manages, trains, and develops payroll staff while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. Lead and support the community sales team by managing daily sales office operations, reporting and data tracking, supervising pre-sales activities, driving sales programs and events, coaching staff, and partnering with leadership to meet occupancy and performance goals.

Complete structured learning, regulatory training for Continuing Care, lead projects during rotations, prepare reports and presentations, attend peer calls, and develop an individual career plan.
