Develops and executes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social, paid media, and events. Provides Tier 3 help desk support, manages Active Directory accounts and policies, troubleshoots technical issues, documents processes, and supports system performance and availability. Travels independently to domestic and international facilities for installations, upgrades, training, and technical support. The position is on-site in Reading, Pennsylvania, with regular weekday hours and occasional 24x7 support as needed.

The role partners with attorneys and business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and other functions.

Perform on-site inspections and technical analyses of water/wastewater equipment, generate reports with recommendations, develop aftermarket solutions and proposals, coordinate with sales reps and field service, and support training and relationship-building to drive parts, upgrades, and service opportunities.

Lead design, build, and administer Azure Databricks data pipelines and platform infrastructure. Ensure catalog architecture, data quality, security/governance (Unity Catalog), stakeholder engagement, Power BI administration, cost management, and delivery of complex projects using modern ETL, streaming, and ML capabilities.
