Campaign Marketing Specialist– Reading, PA
Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
The Campaign Marketing Specialist will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Brentwood’s business units, translating product marketing strategies and commercial priorities into coordinated, measurable marketing activities. This role will plan campaigns across channels and audiences, coordinate execution with internal and external resources, and directly execute key campaign activities. The role will use campaign performance data and marketing technology to continually optimize efforts and help demonstrate Marketing’s impact on business goals. This position supports both domestic and international markets and works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Events, and other stakeholders. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build campaign plans that define objectives, target audiences, content and asset needs, timing, calls to action, and measures of success.
- Plan and execute campaign activities across channels such as email, web, social media, paid media, events, and other relevant platforms, selecting channels based on audience needs, campaign objectives, and performance.
- Execute key campaign activities and coordinate execution across internal and external resources, including Creative, Events, Marketing team members, agencies, and other partners, to deliver campaigns effectively and on schedule.
- Develop and execute demand generation and lead nurturing activities using marketing automation, audience segmentation, workflows, and other tactics to attract, engage, and move target audiences through the buyer journey; partner with Product Marketing and Sales to support effective lead progression and follow-up.
- Establish campaign goals, key performance indicators, and consistent tracking practices; monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and use insights to optimize current and future marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, channel effectiveness, marketing technology use, and measurement practices to strengthen campaign performance and Marketing effectiveness over time.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 4+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate resources, and drive work from planning through execution and measurement.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including email marketing, audience segmentation, workflows, lead nurturing, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Experience establishing campaign goals and key performance indicators, analyzing performance data, and using insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, web, social media, paid media, and other channels used to reach and engage target audiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels throughout the organization, as well as externally.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to exercise judgment, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
