Partners with warehouse, operations, planning, customer service, carriers, and external logistics providers to improve accuracy, efficiency, service levels, and delivery performance.

Create and maintain persuasive, accurate copy across e-commerce, email, catalogs, social media, packaging, and retail channels. Develop product descriptions, gardening guides, promotional messaging, and seasonal campaigns that improve customer understanding, engagement, and conversion. Apply SEO, edit and proofread content, maintain brand voice standards, and collaborate with marketing, product, retail, horticulture, and customer service teams.
