Operations Support Lead
Location: 300 Park Avenue, Warminster, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (100% Onsite)
We’re looking for an Operations Support Lead to partner closely with our Senior Operations Manager and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working across teams, and turning ideas into action.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, inventory, and other operational areas, leading projects and helping identify practical ways to make our processes more efficient and effective.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Senior Operations Manager to support daily operational priorities and key initiatives.
- Lead and support projects focused on productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and process gaps and help develop and implement solutions.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, resources, progress tracking, and communication.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Work closely with area supervisors to understand daily needs, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support peak periods, business transitions, special projects, and other operational priorities as needed.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to solve problems and improve how we work.
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, supply chain, operations, project management, or a related environment.
- Experience with manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or similar operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- A hands-on, practical approach to solving problems and improving processes.

Skills Required
