Manage and maintain all technical production equipment and coordinate technical departments (taping, editing, engineering, maintenance) to produce radio/television programs. Supervise lighting, sound, communications equipment, stage facilities, and determine required technical supports and safety procedures.

Record, store, organize, and protect production data including video edits. Create and maintain a video management system, secure production and post-production content, and communicate storage and filing procedures to team members.

Lead and manage research, data analysis, and preparation of game-show content; conduct primary research across the English-speaking Caribbean; ensure accurate scoring during episodes; perform post-episode evaluations and manage research subcontracts.

Manage Caribbean-region advertising inventory and schedules: receive and log commercials, coordinate with account executives, format breaks, clip and package promos for broadcast and digital, create ad blocks, import program changes, code commercial logs, maintain video library and printed official logs.

Identify and secure filming locations, negotiate hires and permits, manage on-site logistics and safety, coordinate access and signage, oversee cleanup, and handle damage/insurance claims while reporting to Producer, Director and Production Designer.

Provide logistical support to the Location Manager: scout and research locations, produce parking and traffic plans, obtain permits, prepare movement orders and resident notifications, organise recces, protect property, and coordinate with local authorities and HODs.

Manage and execute broadcast traffic processes for Caribbean television distribution: schedule commercials, book orders into traffic system, liaise across departments and clients, generate logs and reconciliation reports, troubleshoot traffic issues, and support ad sales and campaign delivery.

Run the production office supporting line producer and production manager: organize equipment, supplies and staff; prepare and distribute schedules, call sheets, crew/cast lists, scripts and reports; coordinate travel, permits, transport and supplier closeout tasks.

Manage the business side of production: create schedules and budgets, set up the production office, hire crew, coordinate locations and suppliers, manage insurance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage production finances including budgeting, cost reporting, payroll, petty cash, foreign currency and cashflow. Prepare budgets and Estimated Final Cost Reports, monitor spending, produce forecasts, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, finalize financial records, liaise with financiers and possibly manage bank finance, completion guarantors, and audits.
