Analyze sales, distributor, inventory, and market data to produce actionable insights, build and maintain dashboards/reports, ensure data accuracy, support forecasting and cross-functional business reviews to drive growth.

Design, integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical systems for manufacturing solutions. Process RFEQs, ECOs, and SOs in ERP, create wiring diagrams, BOMs, and specifications, perform root cause analysis, support standardization, cost control, and basic PLC/drive programming and setup. Serve as the product champion for Okuma machine tools by developing expert product knowledge, creating sales tools and training, supporting distributor sales and customer engagements, conducting market and competitive analysis, and delivering field training and demos. Provide reporting and continuous improvement support while traveling frequently to support sales initiatives.

Lead technical support and application engineering for advanced CNC milling and laser-integrated machining. Develop processes, run demonstrations and training, support turnkey projects and machine validations, collaborate with sales and distributors, provide documentation and technical recommendations to ensure successful implementation and maximize machine performance.
