Leads the organization’s training, capacity building, and HR consultancy portfolio. Responsibilities include developing training strategies and curricula, delivering programs, advising members on HR and labor relations, leading audits and organizational projects, supporting recruitment, generating consultancy revenue, managing partnerships and stakeholder engagement, overseeing budgets, and representing the organization in HR forums. The role requires strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, facilitation expertise, business development ability, and progressive HR experience.

Supports HR consultancy services, including policy and employee handbook development, disciplinary procedures, compliance audits, investigations, industrial relations, training coordination, and reporting. The role strengthens HR systems, promotes legal compliance, maintains records, and supports member organizations within the agricultural sector. It requires knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills, confidentiality, organization, and willingness to travel locally.
