Executive leader responsible for global R&D, manufacturing operations, supply chain, distribution, and customer service for EXFO’s Test & Measurement division. The role drives cloud and SaaS transformation, modernizes DevOps and software development, improves product delivery and industrialization, strengthens operational scalability and supply-chain resilience, and integrates R&D with manufacturing through shared governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Provide telephone, email, and remote technical support for EXFO test and measurement products. Diagnose customer issues using EXFO equipment, document activities in the ticketing system, validate software fixes, coordinate complex escalations, and occasionally deliver training. Requires knowledge of Windows and Linux, optical fiber, PON, Ethernet, testing methodologies, technical troubleshooting, clear communication, and periodic travel.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, microservices, web applications, integrations, and distributed systems. Designs and improves optical systems, test benches, calibration equipment, and optomechanical assembly processes for manufacturing and servicing optical test products. Performs measurement uncertainty analyses, qualification testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Supports industrialization and technology-transfer projects while collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Build and integrate AI agents, skills, IDWs, and AI-powered solutions into business workflows. Analyze processes for automation opportunities, collaborate with MLOps developers, process owners, and users, and design secure, scalable, reusable solutions. Responsibilities include addressing permissions, orchestration, privacy, auditability, human-in-the-loop requirements, and documenting integrations, costs, dependencies, limitations, and support procedures.

Designs, develops, qualifies, deploys, and supports LabVIEW-based software for production testing and calibration instruments. Responsibilities include developing instrument drivers and database interfaces, troubleshooting test stations, validating features, documenting modules, participating in code reviews and task estimation, and providing technical leadership. The role works within a multidisciplinary engineering team and requires collaboration with optical, electronic, mechanical, and embedded-systems specialists.

Manage strategic B2B customer success for EXFO’s SaaS platform ecosystem. Responsibilities include monitoring usage and customer health, driving adoption, renewals, expansion, training, solution consulting, roadmap alignment, competitive intelligence, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, marketing, delivery, and engineering teams. The role also supports go-to-market initiatives, executive presentations, business planning, technology strategy, and mentoring.

Builds executive relationships across hyperscalers, NeoClouds, data center operators, contractors, integrators, submarine networks, and sovereign AI programs. Identifies market gaps, investment priorities, technology shifts, and growth opportunities, then translates ecosystem intelligence into recommendations for product, business, market, and solution strategy teams. Influences roadmaps and improves alignment across sales organizations without owning direct accounts or short-term sales targets.
