Manages inbound internet inquiries and phone leads, responds to customer emails, assists with vehicle selection, provides product information, schedules vehicle demonstrations, routes messages, and supports sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Develop client relationships and sell new and used vehicles through consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions. Build product knowledge, overcome objections, follow up with buyers, generate referrals, and meet or exceed sales goals. The role reports to the Sales Manager and requires professional customer communication, flexible scheduling, weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
