Manage end-to-end procurement and importation of equipment, spare parts, and consumables from international suppliers. Manage end-to-end facilities procurement: source and purchase spare parts, consumables, PPE, tools, and subcontracted services; run RFQs and negotiations; raise and track POs; administer contracts and supplier performance; maintain inventory and compliance records; control spend against budgets and align procurement with maintenance schedules.

Lead IFS Group's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across business development, marketing, client acquisition, and account expansion. Win high-value FM and engineering service contracts, build senior client relationships, manage proposals and bids, and align commercial commitments with operations to scale long-term contracts and pipeline.
