Junior Automation & Digital Solutions Associate (Zoho Ecosystem)

Experience is good, but attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn are far more important to us.
About the Role
You will work directly with management to support the development of:
- Internal business automation tools
- Workflow systems
- Mobile and web-based operational apps
- Reporting dashboards
- Process automation solutions
- Data collection and operational tracking systems
You will be involved in real-world operational challenges across facility management, engineering, maintenance operations, logistics, administration, and business support systems.

Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, or app development
- Familiarity with Zoho Creator or other Zoho applications is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms is a plus
- Ability to understand workflows and business processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- NYSC completed
- Candidates with personal projects, experiments, or self-taught skills are strongly encouraged to apply
