Executive Assistant to the CEO / Legal Officer

Work directly with a serial entrepreneur building companies, industries, and institutions.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.

We seek a young lawyer ( minimum 3–5 years post-call experience) who wants a front-row seat to entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, strategy, negotiation, governance, and business growth.

You will work directly with the Group Chairman & CEO of one of Nigeria's leading integrated facilities management groups—a serial entrepreneur with interests spanning facilities management, healthcare, environmental sustainability, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and social impact.

Every day will be different. One morning you could be reviewing a commercial contract worth hundreds of millions of naira; by afternoon you may be coordinating board meetings, negotiating with multinational clients, preparing presentations for investors, supporting acquisitions, or helping execute strategic initiatives across multiple businesses.

If you are looking for a predictable 9-to-5 legal role, this is probably not for you.

If you thrive under pressure, love solving complex problems, learn quickly, and want to accelerate your career by working alongside a high-performing CEO, we would love to hear from you.

About Us

We are one of West Africa's leading integrated facilities management and environmental services groups, providing: Integrated Facility Management, Technical Maintenance Services, Industrial Cleaning, Healthcare Support Services, Environmental & Sustainability Solutions, Engineering Projects, Cleaning Equipment & Chemical Distribution, Technology-enabled Facility Management

Our clients include multinational corporations, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, healthcare organizations, airports, government agencies, and premium commercial developments across Africa

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO / Legal Officer, you will serve as the CEO's trusted office coordinator, legal adviser, project manager, and execution partner.

Your success will not be measured by how well you manage a calendar, organise an extremly disorganised boss and you will be measured by how much more effective the CEO becomes because you are part of the team.

You will help transform ideas into execution, ensure decisions are implemented, remove bottlenecks, coordinate people, manage priorities, anticipate problems before they arise, and provide legal guidance across the Group.
