Design, optimize, and implement end-to-end manufacturing and logistics systems. Drive Lean implementations (VSM, Kanban, SMED, 5S), lead Kaizen events and training, analyze KPIs, improve layouts and material flow, and perform root-cause analysis to boost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.

Manage dealer and end-user relationships across DE/MD/VA to meet sales targets. Direct and train dealer sales force, perform field sales calls, demos, building surveys, and quarterly business reviews. Maintain Salesforce pipeline, weekly forecasts, dealer/customer databases, and report performance to the Regional Sales Director. Travel within region and conduct presentations, seminars, and problem resolution to grow market share.

Manage dealer and end-user relationships across Idaho to achieve annual sales and performance goals. Drive dealer training and development, perform sales calls, pipeline tracking, product demonstrations, and quarterly dealer business reviews. Report forecasts and activities to the Division Sales Director, resolve sales and service issues, and support new product and competitive intelligence efforts while traveling within the region as required.

Partner with site leadership to own site finance, planning, reporting, capital requests, and accounting liaison. Drive forecasting, SUC accuracy, R&D project finance, mentor finance team, and ensure compliance with corporate timelines and standards.

Provide field-level sales support to regional managers and dealers by conducting equipment demonstrations, training, site surveys, supporting trade shows, managing demo inventory, executing call plans in Salesforce.com, and assisting the Regional Director with business-critical functions.

Drive sales and long-term relationships within an assigned territory by working with central and local resellers and end customers. Execute customer visits, product demonstrations and trainings, secure orders, ensure product assortment and visibility, manage annual sales budget, handle demo equipment, and report activities in Salesforce.
