Manage financial activities for the Facilities Management portfolio in Canada and Ireland, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, project billings, AR/AP, reconciliations, month/year-end close, audit support, compliance, profitability monitoring, and stakeholder financial analysis.

Lead and deliver ICI and major building projects from initiation through close-out as the owners representative. Manage project teams, controls, schedules, budgets, contracts (CCDC/OAA), change orders, permits, and stakeholder communications. Mentor project managers, set reporting standards, produce executive governance reporting, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and complete close-out documentation.

Lead multidisciplinary design teams through pursuits, design development and construction support. Serve as primary technical liaison among owner, consultants, project team and trades to ensure coordinated, constructible, compliant designs that meet budget, schedule and quality objectives. Manage RFP submissions, design risk, consultant performance, value engineering, and coordination with estimating, procurement and construction teams.

Manage Mechanical & Electrical (Low Voltage/IMIT) projects across the full lifecycle: requirements, planning, procurement, implementation, integration, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, training and closeout. Oversee on-site staff, subcontractors and suppliers; perform shop drawing reviews; lead project meetings; monitor schedules and budgets; witness functional performance testing; and ensure delivery of as-builts, O&Ms and training.

Provide legal support for construction bids and projects, draft/review/negotiate CCDC, Design-Build, EPC, subcontract and consultant agreements; advise project teams daily; manage construction disputes and direct external counsel; liaise with clients, partners and subcontractors; contribute to in-house corporate/commercial legal operations.

Serve as a high-touch technical consultant: investigate, reproduce and diagnose software issues; identify recurring pain points and automation opportunities; mentor junior staff; maintain the knowledge base; and document user needs clearly to bridge customers and Product/Engineering teams.

Manage HR administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offers, promotions, resignations), act as primary employee contact, run full-cycle recruitment, maintain HRIS (Workday) data, support regional People & Culture programs, and participate in organization-wide P&C initiatives and events.

Support the project team with administrative tasks and on-site project accounting, compile and peer-review client reports, manage correspondence, schedule and document meetings, coordinate travel/events, maintain and report on risk registers, and assist construction teams in identifying and reporting risks.

Manage day-to-day insurance and surety tasks for construction projects: review insurance and bonding requirements, request quotes and certificates, coordinate with brokers, track tenders, set up project files and upload insurance schedules, and follow up with project managers to ensure bonds remain in force or are closed out.

Lead sales tax compliance for Canada and the US: review invoices/payments, prepare and file GST/HST/PST/QST and US returns, support audits, research tax issues, advise business stakeholders, and assist month-end close and year-end audit processes.
