You as an Accounting Administrator will:
- Process invoices, ensuring accurate vendor, project, and cost coding.
- Review and verify employee expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and proper tax and cost allocations.
- Resolve vendor and subcontractor inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Assist with monthly billings by compiling and validating project information.
- Support project costing, cost transfers, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate the collection and approval of corporate credit card statements.
- Assist with subcontractor progress payment processing.
- Provide general project administration support as required.
Is this role right for you?
- Minimum one year of accounting experience, preferably in a construction related environment
- You have a working knowledge of accounting databases
- You have the ability to identify problems and assist in producing logical solutions to help co-workers solve issue
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000
