Manage depot stores functions: process and file orders/invoices, maintain stock and PPE levels, order parts urgently for vehicle repairs, keep inventory and expenditure records up to date in EAMS, and ensure stores cleanliness and organization.

Respond to customer enquiries across phone, webchat, email, SMS and social media; resolve complaints empathetically; spot patterns to improve service; work with regional operations and enterprise systems; operate on rotating shifts.

Coordinate rail replacement services during disruptions and planned work across the UK. Manage buses/trains on time, make announcements, carry out safety duties, assist customers, and support special events. Keep passengers informed, respond to incidents, and work flexible hours with travel as required. Training provided.

Manage ordering and stocking of vehicle parts and depot materials, maintain store upkeep and stock checks, use spreadsheets and company inventory system, liaise with suppliers and manufacturers, support Engineering Manager and Assistant Engineering Manager, work Monday–Friday dayshift (39 hours).

Lead category management for People and Marketing-related spend: develop sourcing strategies, run tenders, manage supplier relationships and contracts, analyse spend and performance, ensure compliance, drive cost efficiencies and supplier performance, and promote sustainable sourcing and continuous improvement.
