Annual salary - £27,000

Shift pattern of 9AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday.

Hybrid work - 2 days at home.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Engineering Training Coordinator for our Perth Head Office, supporting  our Engineers across the UK. 


What you’ll be doing


  • Owning and coordinating 100+ training courses a year – from scheduling and bookings to accommodation and joining instructions.
  • Keeping diaries organised.
  • Processing and tracking invoices accurately.
  • Supporting apprenticeship programmes and responding to related queries.
  • Being the go-to link between colleagues across the country for engineering activities 
  • Problem solving / managing general queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Organising and delivering large scale events. 
  • Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining & building great working relationships.
  • Tracking, storing and maintaining electronic training certificates.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.

What we’re looking for

 

  • Experience in office administration and Microsoft Office 
  • A people-centred approach to tasks, with strong communication skills / confidence in chasing deadlines and follow-ups 
  • Ability to plan, analyse, and make confident decisions in a dynamic environment 
  • Experience in managing a variety of tasks with the ability to priorities.
