Develop pitches, written materials in English/Chinese, manage campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams, analyze performance, support new business and mentor junior staff to drive client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Advise tech clients on public affairs and strategic communications across markets. Monitor policy and geopolitical developments, translate insights into communications strategies, build stakeholder engagement plans, prepare executives for high-stakes interactions, and develop culturally attuned narratives and advocacy campaigns.

Lead strategic communications for technology clients, develop and execute integrated IMC campaigns across owned/earned/paid channels, manage client relationships including C-suite, mentor teams, support regional accounts and new business, and integrate digital, social, and emerging-tech insights to drive measurable outcomes and agency growth.
