Provide international student counselling and admissions support, interpret university policies, guide program selection, meet recruitment targets, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outcomes.

Manage AECC Indonesia’s online community and social channels: create and curate content, moderate and respond to followers, grow engagement, track metrics, collaborate with teams, engage influencers, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Provide student placement and visa guidance for Indian Subcontinent students: counsel enquiries via phone, email and in-person; meet placement targets using sales conversion techniques; manage leads and student lifecycle in the CRM; build relationships with institutions and student communities; deliver high-quality customer service and engagement activities.

Drive institutional partnerships and articulation agreements by identifying prospective universities/colleges, negotiating agreements, coordinating with internal teams, conducting market research, promoting AECC at events, and tracking partnership performance to grow student enrollment.
