Role Purpose
Reporting to the Office Manager at the Kathmandu branch you will be responsible for providing sound advice, accurate information, and proper guidance to all prospective international students.
What Does This Opportunity Mean for You
We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, by email & in person.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students by maintaining a good relationship with them
- Ensure accurate information is given to students
- Maintain accurate details of each student and ensure that their information is kept up to date
- Successfully accomplish the targeted number of applicants each time or going above and beyond set expectations
- Able to handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner
- Other related tasks as required by the business

- Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from all marketing initiatives in a timely and informative manner
