Lead global content strategy for a study-abroad agency across 12 countries. Manage in-house writers, agencies, and freelancers to produce SEO-driven, user-focused content. Conduct competitor analysis, content audits, and research; optimize for search intent, metadata, and rich results; collaborate with UX, product, design, and analytics teams; maintain editorial standards, workflows, and calendars; and track performance to drive traffic and rankings.

Serve as the Kathmandu office receptionist: manage the reception area, handle and log incoming calls and inquiries, transfer calls to appropriate staff, provide information to internal and external customers, maintain call records, and perform other tasks as assigned to support company targets.

Drive growth by developing market opportunities, organizing school/college seminars and education fairs, managing local promotional activities and lead generation (IELTS-focused), coordinating branding and advertising, maintaining outreach communications, collecting event and student data, and submitting monthly activity reports.
