Role Purpose
We’re looking for an individual, experienced, and resourceful Business Development Manager who will be responsible to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. An individual will get a chance to work on a large scale and in a fast-paced business environment where they’ll get a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and explore.
What Does This Opportunity Mean for You
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Collate data for Schools and Institutions in the designated region as well as nearby Tier 2/3 cities
- Arrange school/college seminars for brand building and awareness about studying abroad.
- Arrange Education Fairs in school/colleges where we can invite partner institutions.
- Check possibilities of branding inside college premises
- Support branch head for BTL activity planning.
- Collecting IELTS data outside IELTS exam centres.
- Managing the promotional activities during the events/ fairs etc.
- Scheduling the hoarding, distribution of flyers, look walkers, tricycles, bus shelter, radio ads, local commercial ads paper. etc and monitoring the same.
- Sending SMS, WhatsApp, and emailers to AECC fresh walk-ins’ month wise.
- Sending SMS, WhatsApp, and emailers during event for recall value for events.
- Collecting all the tech fest data
- Managing the seminars and materials to be handled over to the students and data collection of the same.
- Submitting monthly report to Management of the activities undertaken and proposed plans for the upcoming month.
- Flyer distribution in class or laboratories during events and speak to the students about the upcoming events as and when permitted.
- Distribution of flyers outside prestigious clubs and public parks.
- Daily Lead Generation from different sources: IELTS Exam, IELTS Institute/Test Prep Coverage
Skills Required
- Experience in business development or sales
- Event planning and management (school seminars, education fairs)
- Lead generation and outreach (including IELTS exam / test-prep sources)
- Coordination of local marketing/promotional activities (flyers, hoardings, radio, SMS/WhatsApp/email campaigns)
- Data collection, tracking and monthly reporting skills
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills (schools, colleges, partners)
- Local market knowledge and ability to build relationships with educational institutions
