Administers compensation programs, including market benchmarking, job analysis, pay structures, incentive plans, performance management, and pay equity reviews. Maintains compensation and job profile data in HRIS, conducts audits, supports payroll interfaces, advises HR and Talent Acquisition on compensation matters, and ensures FLSA and compensation policy compliance.

Develops and coordinates clinical education, orientation, competency validation, continuing education, workforce development, and patient education programs. Assesses learning needs, creates education plans, tracks competency data, trains preceptors, supports new-hire placement, mentors clinical coordinators, and collaborates with interdisciplinary leaders and subject matter experts. Participates in regulatory compliance activities, Environment of Care rounds, accreditation surveys, and initiatives to improve clinical quality and patient outcomes.

Provides administrative and operational support for centralized staffing operations. Coordinates workforce coverage, scheduling, onboarding, staffing updates, and workforce metrics. Reviews time records, enters payroll codes, audits time punches, processes payroll adjustments, maintains confidential employee records, and generates staffing, productivity, scheduling, and operational reports. Supports leadership through documentation, workflow coordination, data tracking, communication, and issue resolution across departments and facilities.

Analyze and test financial systems, perform monthly and annual financial analyses, prepare and maintain budgets and Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, perform reimbursement and tax return preparation, interpret regulations, and liaise with regulators, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Analyze clinical and financial data to support value-analysis projects, identify cost-savings and supply‑chain optimizations, prepare reports and performance metrics, coordinate product evaluations, and collaborate with clinicians, finance, and strategic sourcing to implement recommendations and monitor contract compliance and utilization.

Serve as the finance representative for regional acute and non-acute services. Perform financial analyses, forecasting, budgeting support, data mining, and monthly assessments using Excel, Access, and SQL. Identify process improvements, revenue and cost opportunities, ensure data integrity, and produce reports to inform leadership decisions.

Provide technical leadership on Sitecore implementations: design and build templates/components, lead code reviews, mentor developers, write and deploy high-quality .NET/Sitecore code, troubleshoot production systems, and support Agile/DevOps practices.
