Administers employee health, dental, vision, retirement, and 403(b) benefits programs. Supports enrollment, employee guidance, vendor coordination, communications, compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA, invoice review, reporting, benefits data analysis, and plan improvement initiatives.

Coordinates end-to-end onboarding for new, transferring, and promoted employees, including offer processing, Paycom data entry, orientation, paperwork, work eligibility verification, training tracking, and document compliance. Maintains confidential records, improves onboarding processes, supports HR projects, and collaborates with internal teams. The role is fully in-person in Santa Ana and requires travel to regions served by Mercy House.

Performs daily data entry and quality assurance in HMIS for a homeless services program. Reviews intake forms, uploads client documents, records bed nights, case notes, and services, follows up with staff, meets reporting deadlines, and generates KPI reports. Collaborates with program staff and the Data Manager, attends relevant meetings and training, and completes ad hoc projects.
