Serve as Trade Finance subject matter expert to design, implement, and optimise trade products and platforms. Lead end-to-end product and system implementations, translate requirements into specifications, partner with stakeholders, ensure regulatory and operational controls, and support change management, testing, migration, and production readiness.

Acquire and manage new-to-bank and existing clients for wealth, treasury and insurance products; meet sales and service targets; provide compliant, customized financial advice; engage internal teams for referrals; attend trainings; and maintain client satisfaction and regulatory adherence.

Select and onboard investment products, support product training and marketing, provide advisory and sales support to relationship managers, collaborate with CIO and providers on client communications, identify market gaps and develop investment solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead the agency desk to manage loan and credit processing for bilateral and syndicated facilities, ensuring compliance with facility agreements, regulatory requirements and internal policies. Oversee collateral management, covenant monitoring, AML/SWIFT checks, reporting, system enhancements, process improvements, and team training while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

Handle customer-facing AML and account verification tasks including outbound calls, video identity checks, document verification, transaction review, complaint resolution, logging service requests, and escalating issues. Ensure accuracy, SLA adherence, and propose workflow improvements.

Lead Risk & Controls for the department, drive non-financial risk and compliance strategy, identify and remediate operational and compliance risks, manage incident response and root cause analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, advise stakeholders, monitor risk indicators, and strengthen operational resilience through controls, reviews and policy alignment.

Manage partner onboarding and contracts, run the Introducer Programme, design segmented customer communications, ensure data and fulfilment accuracy, coordinate branch customer experience, and plan engagement events for affluent segments.
