Serve as Trade Finance subject matter expert to design, implement, and optimise trade products and platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance products across the bank’s trade business and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and support the design, enhancement, and implementation of Trade Finance solutions, processes, and operating models.
- Drive end-to-end product and system implementation activities across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for platform delivery and optimisation.

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within Trade Finance in banking or financial services.
- Strong domain expertise across Trade Finance products, including:
- Letters of Credit (Import/Export)
- Documentary Collections
- Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit
- Open Account Trade
- Supply Chain Finance
- Trade Loans and Structured Trade solutions
- Proven experience delivering or implementing Trade Finance front-end and back-end platforms / operating systems.
- Strong understanding of trade processing workflows, architecture, integration points, and operational controls.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation, migration, digitalisation, or platform modernisation initiatives.
- Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and senior management.
- Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically strong with structured problem-solving and execution discipline.
- Passion for the Trade Finance industry and continuous improvement.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt quickly, build relationships, and contribute immediately in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with leading Trade Finance platforms and related ecosystem solutions.
- Exposure to API-enabled architecture, workflow automation, and digital trade initiatives.
- Familiarity with regional and international Trade Finance market practices and regulatory considerations.
- Project delivery certifications or business analysis credentials are advantageous.
Skills Required
