Manage third‑party risk assessments and vendor engagements for e‑Treasury Singapore; support treasury and electronic trading systems (implementation, testing, upgrades, DR), maintain GRC/KRIs and MIS reporting, track vendor payments, document SOPs, and identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant trading desks and various business enabler functions to ensure all third‑party Risk Assessment (TPRA) exercises are completed fully and on time for third‑party arrangements under e‑Treasury Singapore’s responsibility.
- Build subject matter expertise on third‑party risk management requirements, including MAS Notice 658, and identify framework assumptions with a view to working with the Third‑Party Risk Committee (TPRC) to drive efficiency improvements.
- Engage internal stakeholders and vendors for:

- production issue resolution and application upgrades
- Support and maintain Treasury systems and Electronic Trading Platforms, including:

- rights configurations and periodic access review exercises
- Track periodic vendor payments to ensure alignment with contractual terms and follow up promptly on any excesses or shortfalls.
- Prepare and submit periodic and ad hoc MIS reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the GRC system to track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and relevant service level agreement (SLA) metrics.
- Document standard operating procedures and ensure versions remain current and accurate
- Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive or manual processes to improve efficiency.
- Participate in any other ad hoc system related projects
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Commerce / Computing or equivalent.
- Experience working on Treasury & Markets systems, electronic trading platforms, or technology‑enabled risk or regulatory initiatives would be an asset.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and drive deliverables to completion.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Keen interest in leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools to improve processes and productivity
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Computing or equivalent.
- Experience working on Treasury & Markets systems or electronic trading platforms.
- Knowledge of third‑party risk management and MAS Notice 658.
