Provide proactive consulting and relationship management for an assigned block of group retirement clients. Support sales and cross-sell initiatives, respond to technical inquiries on plan design, governance, taxation and investments, prepare meeting materials and governance documentation, run member education and webinars, maintain client records, monitor market trends, and continuously develop technical expertise to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on design, implementation, and management of group benefits (life, health, dental, disability, flex). Lead renewals, financial modeling, claims and utilization analysis, RFPs, carrier negotiations, compliance reviews, executive reporting, and mentor internal teams while managing multiple initiatives.

Manage and grow relationships for group benefits clients: set strategic plans, analyze claims and carrier proposals, prepare market specifications, support renewals and implementations, collaborate with analysts and underwriters, deliver client presentations, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Support coordinator by managing client files, processing requests, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and quality. Provide professional customer service, follow up with stakeholders, and help optimize administrative processes and documentation.

Provide client service and back-office support for investment accounts: process contributions/redemptions, update client and KYC information, prepare and support tax documents, communicate with fund-company back offices, manage client and prospect files, and assist advisors with new account setups and asset transfers.

Manage and support group insurance and retirement clients, design and analyze benefit plans, conduct renewals and marketings, prepare financial reports and client presentations, resolve claims issues, and build relationships with carriers and clients.

Lead design of secure, scalable enterprise infrastructure and integration solutions for financial services. Collaborate with French- and English-speaking stakeholders to translate requirements, define cloud/hybrid architectures, ensure compliance (PSD2, GDPR), optimize performance and costs, manage vendors, and maintain architecture documentation and roadmaps.
