The role is administrative and operational in nature. It is designed to reduce friction for advisors, improve client responsiveness, and ensure that service requests, new business submissions, contracting requirements, and follow-up items are handled accurately and without unnecessary delay.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service Administration
- Process client service requests and prepare accurate documentation, correspondence, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve service inquiries and maintain up-to-date client records.
New Business Processing
- Prepare, review, and submit new business applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Monitor applications throughout the underwriting and approval process, following up on outstanding requirements to ensure timely completion.
Advisor Administration Support
- Serve as a key administrative resource for advisors by providing updates on applications, service requests, and file status.
- Support advisor operations through meeting preparation, onboarding administration, and coordination of required documentation.
Operations, Compliance, and Recordkeeping
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure documentation complies with privacy, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Support reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in insurance, wealth management, financial services, benefits.
- Experience in Individual Insurance is a must.
- Strong Working knowledge of Excel and Docusign, and Copilot
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, complete, and organized files.

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - 60,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
