Design, build, and deploy AI and automation solutions (LLMs, Copilot, Power Platform) that integrate with enterprise systems. Rapidly develop MVPs, implement prompt engineering and RAG strategies, create APIs and workflows, perform testing and UAT, support deployments, and maintain architectural and security documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and security teams.

Serve as primary consultant for an assigned block of group retirement clients: provide proactive relationship management, technical advice on plan design, governance, investments, taxation and compliance; support sales and cross‑sell initiatives; prepare client materials and governance documentation; run education/webinar initiatives; maintain client records and monitor industry trends. Participate in finalist meetings and special projects to drive client retention and business growth.
