We are hiring a Client Services Specialist - Investments to join our Beyond Wealth Management team in Regina, SKThe Client Services Specialist - Investments will:

Client service for existing accounts:

  • Process contributions and redemptions into existing client accounts

  • Changes to recurring contributions and redemptions (PAC/AWD changes)

  • Changes to beneficiary information

  • Changes to Know Your Client updates

  • Provide statements and support to clients for basic requests

  • Work with associate to prepare tax documents for non-reg, corporate and Income accounts (t-slips, capital gain/loss reports, etc.)

  • Communicate with Quadrus and other fund company back offices to understand and complete processes

  • File management to ensure all documents properly sorted in file system

Support advisors in new sales:

  • Back up support for Associates to set up new investment accounts and prep/track assets transfers into new and existing investments accounts

  • Reach out to prospects to gather information required for new opportunities

  • File management to ensure all prospect documents properly stored in file system

To be successful as a Client Services Specialist - Investments with Beyond Wealth Management, you will need:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

 

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
