Maintain product knowledge, CRM records (Zoho CRM), achieve monthly targets, coordinate with design/after-sales teams, and manage showroom displays.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing unit including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory & Labor Laws), biometric attendance and leave management, recruitment (blue- and white-collar), employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, separations), payroll inputs, employee relations, and support for audits and safety coordination.
