Perform end-to-end payroll duties including reconciling payroll and taxes, entering timesheets, preparing payroll submissions to an outside processor, producing journal entries and month-end reconciliations, handling AP/AR and invoicing, preparing financial reports, and working with accounting to ensure compliance and resolve payroll/accounting issues.

Support NSWC Philadelphia Division Code 314 Technical Manuals using Microsoft Office and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF editing/review, and Navy systems (Remedy, Navy ERP). Work independently or on a team with minimal instruction and perform duties remotely while adhering to government and company ethics.

Provide day-to-day oversight of administrative operations for a DoD robotics program: implement admin systems and policies; manage document control, SharePoint content, meeting logistics, records, and administrative projects; advise leadership; ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Manage corporate insurance programs, employee benefits, workers' compensation, and claims administration. Coordinate renewals, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain COIs, support contract insurance requirements, implement risk mitigation, and prepare budgets and reports for leadership.
