Support commercialization and launch of Starline products through mechanical design, DFM/DFT/DFA, testing, system integration, and documentation. Create drawings, specs, installation and work instructions; partner with Production, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure manufacturability; support automation of design tasks, jobsite and laboratory testing, and certification activities.

Create 2D/3D mechanical and electrical drawings, models, and parts lists with a 3D CAD system and ERP BOM. Lead and grow Legrand AV OEM partnerships across multiple channels. Secure design-in wins, manage full OEM sales cycle from concept to production, negotiate supply contracts, align with product, engineering, and supply chain, provide forecasts, lead the OEM team, and support customers with technical and logistical issue resolution.

Design and execute test plans for Linux and IoT products, automate tests (Python, Katalon, Shell), validate protocols (MQTT, Zigbee, BLE, Thread, Wi‑Fi), analyze network traffic, perform OTA and end-to-end testing, investigate defects, and maintain automation frameworks and test environments.

Drive project-based sales in the Indore region by developing sales strategies, building relationships with builders/architects/consultants, identifying new business, collaborating with marketing, presenting proposals, closing deals, meeting targets, and reporting on sales performance.

Lead design, development, and migration of enterprise SAP BW solutions to SAP Datasphere; architect hybrid data flows with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse; integrate BW with Salesforce and SQL Server; embed AI (Copilot, Azure OpenAI) into analytics; manage deliverables, mentor offshore teams, enforce standards, and ensure data integrity and performance for reporting and analytics.

Serve as an internal HR consultant partnering with leaders to drive talent planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance, safety, and HR project delivery. Lead HR initiatives, process improvements, change management, and metrics to support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.

Own brand-level P&L, lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze performance and ROI, partner with GMs/marketing/operations to drive financial decisions, develop KPIs and reporting, support strategic initiatives and launches, and improve processes and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

Support configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/cloud connectivity and performance, perform backups and firmware updates, document topology and changes, assist deployments and testing, follow change management and security procedures, participate in on-call rotation, and provide cross-geography support with 5-10% travel.
