Responsibilities include rebuilding the finance organization, improving systems and data, supporting strategic transactions, and partnering with shareholders and executives. The role requires a hands-on international finance leader experienced in regulated industries, manufacturing, and complex multinational operations.

Lead the global finance function across more than 27 countries, driving business turnaround, finance-function transformation, cash and working-capital improvement, profitability, controls, compliance, and reporting. Rebuild the finance organization, strengthen manufacturing and supply-chain finance, improve systems and data, and serve as a strategic partner to shareholders and executive leadership. The CFO will oversee multinational operations, support transactions and business-model changes, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Provides on-site, day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, Microsoft 365, business applications, and meeting-room AV. Responsibilities include ticket management, troubleshooting, password and access support, IT asset tracking, hardware imaging and deployment, equipment lifecycle management, stock monitoring, warranty coordination, and preparing equipment for new starters and leavers.

Provides first-line IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, business applications, and meeting-room AV. Responsibilities include ticket management, password and access support, hardware deployment, asset tracking, device imaging, lifecycle management, inventory control, warranty coordination, and equipment preparation for joiners and leavers. The role is based at the Almere office and requires clear communication, organization, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to move IT equipment.

Own end-to-end global import/export, customs compliance, and cross-border logistics for pharmaceutical and medical device products. Manage tariff classification, documentation, sanctions screening, audits, risk controls, SOPs, and regulatory compliance. Oversee 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international sea, air, and road shipments. Monitor vendor KPIs, negotiate logistics agreements, resolve clearance issues, and drive operational and cost improvements across global markets.

Owns global import/export operations, customs compliance, tariff classification, trade documentation, sanctions screening, risk controls, audits, and regulatory adherence for pharmaceutical and medical device products. Manages 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international sea, air, and road shipments. Oversees vendor performance, logistics agreements, KPIs, cost optimization, shipment execution, and cross-functional coordination across multiple global regions.

Own end-to-end global import/export, customs compliance, and cross-border logistics operations for pharmaceutical and medical device products. Manage tariff classification, origin determination, customs documentation, sanctions screening, audits, SOPs, and regulatory compliance. Oversee 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international sea, air, and road shipments. Drive vendor performance, service agreements, KPI management, issue resolution, and cost optimization across global markets.

Own end-to-end global customs, import/export, and cross-border logistics operations for pharmaceutical and medical device products. Ensure compliance with customs laws, sanctions, export controls, GDP, FDA, CE, and health regulations. Manage tariff classification, documentation, audits, SOPs, risk mitigation, 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, brokers, and international shipments. Monitor logistics KPIs, negotiate service agreements, resolve customs delays, and coordinate transportation across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Owns the global Sales and Operations Planning process for Sinclair’s medical-device supply chain. Designs S&OP governance, SOPs, meeting cadence, and planning standards; balances demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial targets across regions. Leads forecasting, scenario planning, constrained-product allocation, inventory optimization, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, QA/RA, and regional teams while supporting new-product launches and product phase-outs.
