Operate a small call centre to make outbound calls to stakeholders, capture data on rescues and awareness activities, follow up on compensation claims, and create support tickets for field teams. Perform data entry into online forms/platforms and basic computer tasks (printing, file management, Excel, PPT).

Lead and manage victim assistance and child protection programs, including planning, budgeting, MIS/reporting, raids/rescues coordination, rehabilitation follow-up, fundraising, financial and HR management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, monitoring and evaluation, and field visits.

Manage MIS: collect and aggregate large-volume data from multiple stakeholders, perform data cleaning and analysis, prepare regular and ad-hoc Excel reports and PPTs, build webforms and live Google Sheets reports, maintain office file/versioning and backups, and support periodic statement preparation and monitoring tasks.
